Nanostructured vector system for bacterial and viral antigens

BiosYnth Vector System: revolutionising immune responses

This is a groundbreaking concept developed by BiosYnth for the design of subunit vaccines, especially focused on conformational epitopes of functional antigens expressed by various bacteria and viruses to trigger an immediate 'recall of immunological memory' effect on the human immune system. The molecular system developed confers antigens with the property of acquiring Helper-T dependent characteristics and is based on the appropriate antigen presentation strategy to the immune system of the human or animal host, through the nanostructured vector Endotoxoid A, which mimics the dimensional characteristics of a viral nanoparticle.

This new proprietary technological platform, based on patents, defines a new category of molecular vectors for a variety of viral and bacterial antigens belonging to a variety of biological structures such as glycoproteins and proteins, peptides and glycopeptides, lipopolysaccharides and polysaccharides and their conjugated derivatives, glycolipids.
